We, the undersigned, do hereby submit this application and contract for exhibit space as indicated below for our use at the Professional Photographers Symposium and Trade Show 2010 to be held at the South San Francisco Convention Center, South San Francisco, California, August 14 & 15, 2010.  We have read and agree to comply with the exhibit regulations and instructions. We further agree to include payment with this application in accordance with Regulation Number Three.
